Refund policy

 To ensure you are completely satisfied with every product you purchase from Voler, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee.* If a non-customized product does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it within 30-days for a full refund, and within 90-days for a full refund less a $10 handling fee. Please see our returns page for information about returns and exchanges.

*Customized products ordered through the Custom Express Design Studio or Full Custom Department cannot be returned due to the specialized nature of the products.

Please note that artwork proofs are sent by e-mail for all Custom Express orders and require customer approval before proceeding to production.

Artwork for Full Custom orders will be reviewed digitally and with fabric proofs once all details are worked out. Final art approval is required prior to the order entering production. Sizing samples are available for all Full Custom orders, please contact our custom sales department for additional details
