How soon can I get my custom apparel?
From the minute you get in touch with our sales team and reserve your space, the process to design, select, produce, and deliver your custom apparel takes about 6 weeks. So, give us a call today if you're ready to begin!
Can you help with designing our kits?
Yes! Our in-house team of professional designers will work with you personally to fully design your custom kit. They'll also provide fabric samples for approval so that the colors and artwork is exactly as you invisioned.
What's the minimum amount of apparel I can order?
For Full Custom our minimum is 15 total items of any mix of styles (meaning, mix-n-match 15 items. That’s it.) For Custom Express there are no minimums and you can order just a single item.
How much does it cost?
We do not charge any set up, team store, or art fees. Cost will depend on which specific garments your team wants to order. Our sales team will work with you on choosing the right garments for your group and budget.
Do you make only cycling clothing?
While our main focus is cycling clothes, we also produce Tri and Multi-sport items.
Can I try on the garments before ordering?
Yes! We strongly encourage teams to take advantage of our sizing kits to try on items before purchasing. If your team does not order size kits, we recommendthat you order a non-customized returnable version of the garment(s) you are interested in to verify sizing.
Can I submit my own artwork?
Absolutely. Original .AI files are preferred, but if you have a different format we can check and see if it is usable. If it is unusable, we can help recreate your design through our sketch process, at no additional charge.
