Climbing To The Whole Enchilada For An FKT
Moab’s Whole Enchilada MTB trail is an iconic, breathtakingly stunning downhill affair that drops 8,000’ from the top of the La Sal mountains to the shores of the Colorado River. It’s on every riders’ bucket list for good reason. It seemingly has everything, including a high alpine forest, an expansive meadow overlooking colossal red rock monuments, and extensive slickrock tech riding … the whole enchilada. But to Hannah Otto, it’s missing half the story, and half the fun—the climb up to earn the scenery.
The pro mountain biker and Leadville winner climbed the road from Moab to the top of the world-renowned trail and shredded back to town, clocking the fastest known time on a new route that has it all.
